Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Tyler Mitchell, Tiffany Montouth, and Jonathon Duffy have joined the firm. Tyler is an associate in the Litigation group, Jonathon is an associate in the Land Use, Zoning & Development, Energy & Environmental and Telecommunications practice groups, and Tiffany is an associate in the Real Estate, Corporate and Finance practice groups.

Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Tyler worked as a law clerk, post-graduate, with the Hon. Anne Shields of the United States District for the Eastern District of New York. During law school, Tyler served as an extern at the Juvenile Justice Center in the St. Joseph County Office of the Public Defender. He also interned with the Hon. Paul Crotty of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Tyler was a research assistant for Professor Judith Fox at the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Tiffany received a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University and her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Before joining Cuddy & Feder, Tiffany worked as an associate with a New York City law firm where she counseled developers, REITs, private funds and individuals on various projects including mixed use, retail and residential properties. She worked cross-functionally on all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions by facilitating entity formation, drafting operating agreements, joint venture agreements, corporate bylaws, and other organizational documents. Previously, Tiffany served as in-house counsel and summer associate for a Hartford, CT financial group and clerked with a Hartford, CT law firm.

Jonathon received a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and his law degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. During law school, Jonathon was a legal intern for the Environmental Justice Initiative. He also worked as a business development and marketing intern with New Leaf Paper, a sustainability intern with TriHealth and a financial analyst intern with EMCOR Facilities Service HQ (Viox Services). He volunteered with the Land Use Law Center and City Hall Office of Environment and Sustainability.
