Patrick “Hunter” Harrison is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate and Corporate groups. His practice focuses on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, entity structuring, joint ventures, and corporate transactions.
Hunter advises clients on a broad range of real estate and business matters, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, development-related property rights, financing documents, corporate governance, and due diligence. He has experience representing developers, investors, lenders, utilities, private companies, and business owners in matters involving real estate development, infrastructure projects, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
Prior to joining the firm, Hunter practiced with Texas-based law firms and served as Assistant General Counsel for Lubbock Power & Light, where he advised on real estate and infrastructure matters supporting major transmission and substation development projects.
