  • When I find myself with some spare time, I enjoy  spending it with my family and friends – whether it be at a backyard barbeque, a concert or any of a number of sporting events.  This, of course, includes playing for the firm’s softball team!

Land use can be very personal. Decisions by regulatory agencies often affect a person’s business interests and home life. I know first-hand what this feels like, as my interest in land use law stems from my early personal experiences in real estate development. I participated with my family in the local development process at a young age and attribute my passion for solving land use issues to these experiences.
A presentation explaining how municipalities should adapt local planning and permitting codes to support mobile broadband infrastructure build out in the current legal environment.
Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Anthony F. Morando has been promoted to partner, effective January 1st, 2018.
Federal law requires municipalities to approve certain wireless applications within 60 days of filing and if that period expires without action the application is “deemed granted”.
