Lindsay Brandt Jakubowitz is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice is principally concentrated in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on significant business disputes before the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
Lindsay guides real estate developers, property owners, financial institutions, businesses, and individuals through a broad range of commercial, real estate, and corporate disputes. She focuses on matters involving partnership disputes and dissolutions, complex commercial construction litigation, real estate financing and development projects, municipal code and permitting violations, landlord-tenant disputes, mortgage foreclosures, insurance coverage and recovery matters, and disputes concerning commercial agreements.
Prior to joining Cuddy + Feder, Lindsay practiced at national law firms in New York, where she represented clients in complex commercial disputes involving contracts, lending and financial matters, real estate interests, and significant commercial transactions. She also has experience with regulatory investigations and has represented clients at both the trial and appellate levels.
