In his spare time, Kempshall enjoys relaxing with his family and three dogs, hiking, reading, sampling Westchester County’s many restaurants, and watching (typically bad) movies.  Kempshall is also an ardent music fan, and continues the archaic practice of purchasing albums in a physical format on a regular basis.

As a litigator, it is important to not only delve into the minutiae of the legal issues at hand, but also to see the broader picture and be able to effectively communicate with your clients about that picture. It has been my experience that a client with a full understanding of the case becomes an attorney’s partner in reaching the most efficient, beneficial, and cost-effective result.–Kempshall
