Practices
Litigation

As a litigator, it is important to not only delve into the minutiae of the legal issues at hand, but also to see the broader picture and be able to effectively communicate with your clients about that picture. It has been my experience that a client with a full understanding of the case becomes an attorney’s partner in reaching the most efficient, beneficial, and cost-effective result.–Kempshall
