Tony is a Partner at the firm and is the Chairman of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development Group. He practices in real estate development, zoning, environmental law and related litigation. Tony also serves as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Tony regularly represents national developers, retailers, religious institutions, individuals and the telecommunications industry before municipal and state land use, zoning and environmental agencies. Tony assists clients with all aspects of the land use permitting and regulatory compliance process, including compliance with New York’s State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).

Tony regularly publishes articles and lectures across the country at Continuing Legal Education Seminars on current land use and zoning issues. He is also a New York State approved real estate instructor.

On December 6, 2018, Anthony B. Gioffre III, Partner and Chair of the Land Use, Zoning & Development Group at Cuddy & Feder LLP spoke on a panel at the Pace Land Use Law Center’s Conference on Sustainable Development.
The Second Circuit Court of Appeals last week ruled in favor of Cuddy & Feder’s client Homeland Towers and Verizon, clearing the way for construction of a new 150’ cell phone tower in the Town of East Fishkill, New York.
