Hailey is an associate in the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development, Energy & Environmental, Digital Infrastructure, and Cannabis groups, where she focuses on zoning, real estate, and cannabis law. She began her journey with Cuddy & Feder as a summer associate, advancing to a law clerk before her current role as an associate.
Hailey’s background is rooted in diverse legal experiences, spanning public and private sectors, including environmental advocacy through the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic and contributions to the American Bar Association. Alongside her legal practice, she is dedicated to community service, actively volunteering across various environmental, legal, and humanitarian initiatives.
