Ian Sebastian Gall is Special Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate, Corporate, Finance & Non-Profit Groups. He brings over a decade of experience as an attorney representing institutional lenders, banks, private equity investors, and loan servicers in complex real estate and finance transactions across all asset classes nationwide.
His practice includes permanent and bridge loan originations, mezzanine and subordinate debt financings, construction loans, and co-lender arrangements.
Prior to joining the firm, Ian Sebastian held associate positions at several Am Law 25 firms, where he worked on billion-dollar financings and joint ventures involving mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, and condominium conversions.
