The City of Beacon is one step closer to welcoming a new 48-room hotel following Planning Board approval of The Inn on Spy Hill, a proposed hospitality destination that includes the adaptive reuse of an 1890 Victorian home located at 1064 Wolcott Avenue in Beacon, New York. The project, proposed by Cuddy + Feder client JMARKMNG, LLC, will feature 48 guest rooms along with a restaurant and spa located right between Beacon’s waterfront and downtown Main Street.
