Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Ian Sebastian Gall has joined the firm as Special Counsel in its Real Estate, Corporate, Finance & Nonprofit practice groups.
Ian Sebastian brings over a decade of experience representing institutional lenders, banks, private equity investors, and loan servicers in complex real estate and finance transactions across all asset classes nationwide. His practice includes permanent and bridge loan originations, mezzanine and subordinate debt financings, construction loans, and co-lender arrangements.
Prior to joining the firm, Ian Sebastian held associate positions at several Am Law 25 firms, where he worked on billion-dollar financings and joint ventures involving mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, and condominium conversions.
He received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University.
Ian Sebastian’s depth of transactional experience and understanding of complex deal structures further strengthen Cuddy & Feder’s ability to support clients in real estate, corporate, and finance matters across New York and Connecticut.
