
Cuddy & Feder Managing Partner Anthony B. Gioffre III successfully secured Site Plan Approval from the New Rochelle Planning Board for the construction of two new 28-story buildings located at 466 Main Street in New Rochelle. This project, the largest ever approved in New Rochelle’s history, marks a significant milestone for the city’s development.
The project will transform the site into two 28-story buildings, each featuring a podium and a tower. The development includes a total of 805 residential apartments, comprising 257 studio apartments, 377 one-bedroom units, 156 two-bedroom units, and 15 three-bedroom units. Additionally, the project features two street-level retail spaces and two accessory enclosed valet parking facilities with a capacity of for 711 cars. The project will offer a variety of amenities for residents, enhancing the living experience in downtown New Rochelle.
