On December 21, 2016, Pace University closed on the sale of its 37 acre campus located on Elm Road in Briarcliff Manor, New York to Research Center on Natural Conservation, Inc. Mr. Nichols represented Pace in the transaction. The Briarcliff Manor campus had been used for housing many of the college’s students and administrative offices. The sale is part of Pace’s major reinvestment in Westchester County through redevelopment of its Pleasantville campus.
