Downtown Beacon will gain new housing and expanded retail opportunities following Planning Board approval for the redevelopment of 300 Main Street.
The project, proposed by Cuddy + Feder client 300 Main Street Properties LLC, will replace the existing buildings with a new three-story mixed-use development featuring approximately 3,720 square feet of ground-floor commercial arcade for five (5) retail tenants and eight (8) residential apartments on the second and third floors. Representing the applicant, Cuddy + Feder attorneys Taylor Palmer and Jessica Zalin guided the project through Beacon’s land use review process before the City of Beacon Planning Board.
The redevelopment represents another investment in Beacon’s booming downtown, adding both housing and commercial activity while strengthening Main Street’s vitality.
