Beacon’s housing inventory will continue to grow following Planning Board approval for a new four-unit residential development at 14 North Cedar Street.
The project, proposed by Cuddy + Feder client Cervone-Perrucci Realty LLC, includes four two-bedroom apartments and related site improvements. Representing the applicant, Cuddy + Feder attorneys Taylor Palmer and Jessica Zalin guided the development through Beacon’s land use approval process, with the Planning Board determining the proposal complies with the City’s zoning and development standards.
The project reflects continued investment in appropriately scaled residential development that helps meet housing demand while complementing Beacon’s established neighborhoods.
