Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Fatoumata G. Waggeh has joined the firm as an Associate in its Litigation group.
Fatoumata represents clients in a wide range of complex disputes, including commercial litigation, securities matters, employment issues, contract disputes, and white-collar investigations. She has experience in all phases of litigation, from discovery and motion practice through mediation, settlement, and appeals.
Prior to joining Cuddy & Feder, Fatoumata practiced at an international law firm in New York, where she advised clients across diverse industries such as technology, financial services, consumer products, and real estate. She also contributed to client publications and presentations addressing regulatory developments, ESG issues, and international matters.
Dedicated to service, Fatoumata has been consistently recognized for her pro bono work, including contributions to civil rights and access to justice initiatives. She also serves as a mentor to students and junior attorneys and is active in professional development and community programs.
Fatoumata earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as Co-President of the Muslim Law Students Association, PanAf Co-Chair of the Black Law Students Association, and Associate Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
