Fatoumata G. Waggeh

Fatoumata is a lawyer with experience in all phases of litigation, from discovery and motion practice through mediation, settlement, and appeals. Fatoumata also assists with client presentations and publications addressing regulatory developments, ESG issues, and international matters.
Beyond her litigation practice, Fatoumata is committed to pro bono work and has been consistently recognized for her service, including her contributions to civil rights and access to justice initiatives. She also mentors students and junior attorneys and frequently participates in recruiting and professional development programs.
Fatoumata earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as Co-President of the Muslim Law Students Association, PanAf Co-Chair of the Black Law Students Association, and Associate Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
