White Plains, NY — October 6, 2025 — City & State New York has named Anthony B. Gioffre III, Managing Partner of Cuddy & Feder LLP, to its Westchester Power 100 list for 2025. This marks Tony’s fourth consecutive year recognized among the region’s most influential leaders shaping the future of Westchester County.
A recognized leader in land use, zoning, and development law, Tony has played a pivotal role in advancing transformative projects across New York and Connecticut. Tony advises national developers, retailers, institutions, and telecommunications companies on complex permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory approvals.
His work has recently included guiding landmark projects in New Rochelle such as Pratt Landing, a mixed-use waterfront redevelopment that reconnects downtown to the shoreline, and 466 Main Street, the city’s largest approved development to date featuring two 28-story residential towers.
Beyond his legal practice, Tony plays an active role in the region’s economic development and policy landscape. He serves as Co-Chair of the Business Council of Westchester’s Clean Energy Action Coalition, sits on the Executive Committee and Board of the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation, and participates in the Westchester County Association’s housing and real estate task force. He also supports healthcare initiatives through board service with Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, the Burke Neurological Institute, and the Burke Foundation.
