Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorney Anthony B. Gioffre III successfully obtained site plan approval for Pratt Landing, a transformative waterfront redevelopment project in New Rochelle, NY.
Pratt Landing, led by Twining Properties in partnership with the City of New Rochelle and the State of New York, will repurpose an 11.5-acre industrial site into a vibrant, mixed-use district featuring residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The nearly 850,000-square-foot development will include 383 rental apartments, 99 condominiums, a 150-room hotel, and over 40,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Additionally, the project will restore the historic New Rochelle Naval Armory, which will serve as a premier event venue and establish the Armory Veterans Center to support the local veteran community.
