Cuddy & Feder LLP is proud to share that Partner Christopher B. Fisher, Chair of the Westchester County Association (WCA), will serve as Chair of Blueprint ’26, a new countywide economic development initiative launched through the Westchester Economic Alliance, a joint effort between the WCA and Westchester County Government.
Announced at the WCA Annual Business Breakfast on January 22nd, the Alliance brings together business, government, higher education, and civic leadership to assess Westchester’s economic position and define a long-term strategy to strengthen the County’s competitiveness. Blueprint ’26 will serve as the initiative’s first major deliverable, establishing a data-driven foundation to guide future growth decisions.
Chris will co-chair the effort alongside Westchester County Deputy County Executive Joan McDonald, leading a steering committee focused on identifying the County’s competitive advantages and shaping the direction of regional economic development.
As both a regional leader and a partner at Cuddy & Feder whose practice focuses on economic development, infrastructure, and land use matters, Chris’s role reflects the deep intersection between thoughtful planning, economic vitality, and quality of life — issues that Cuddy & Feder attorneys work on every day. The firm’s work across development, infrastructure, land use, energy, and environmental matters often sits at the center of how projects move from concept to reality in Westchester and the Hudson Valley.
Cuddy & Feder’s approach emphasizes early strategy, collaboration, and long-term thinking. By helping clients understand process, navigate regulatory frameworks, and build strong, defensible project records, the firm supports responsible growth that balances community priorities with economic opportunity.
Through board service, civic engagement, and regional leadership roles, Cuddy & Feder attorneys contribute not only as legal advisors, but as active participants in shaping conversations around sustainable development, infrastructure, and the future of the region.
Blueprint ’26 represents an important step in aligning public and private sector perspectives on how Westchester can continue to attract investment, support businesses, and strengthen communities. Chris’s leadership role underscores the firm’s longstanding commitment to the region and its future.
