On Tuesday, May 14, 2019, Anthony B. Gioffre III, Partner and Chair of the Land Use, Zoning & Development group, will be among a panel of speakers at the 3rd Annual Real Estate Summit for a session titled “The Amazon Deal: A Case Study on Performance-Based Initiatives,” hosted by the Westchester County Association (WCA) and Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation (HVEDC).
The annual breakfast brings together the region’s top leaders in commercial and residential real estate and will cover topics including the transformational projects shaping the Hudson Valley’s future and lessons to be learned from the failed Amazon deal. Mr. Gioffre, who is also an HVEDC Board Member, will be speaking alongside Bill Cuddy, CBRE; Greg Belew, LMC, A Lennar Multifamily Company; and Tom Mulroy, T-Rex Capital Group. The event will be held at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown, NY from 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
