On May 18th, Cuddy & Feder attorneys Lucia Chiocchio and Eva David offered valuable guidance on “Avoiding Pitfalls in the Acquisition and Development of Real Estate” at a Westchester Women’s Bar Association CLE program. Ms. Chiocchio identified potential land use and zoning impediments to real estate transactions. Ms. David highlighted the importance of conducting due diligence and what that entails when buying and developing real estate. Cuddy & Feder hosted the program at its Offices in White Plains free of charge as part of the Firm’s support of WWBA and as a benefit to its members.
