Lucia Chiocchio and Anthony F. Morando help secure entitlements for new CVS Pharmacy/Store in Town of Newburgh, NY.

The Town of Newburgh Planning Board recently granted Site Plan and Architectural Review Approvals for the development a new CVS Pharmacy store. The site is approximately 2.7 acres of land located off of Corel Place, along Routes 52 and 300 in the Newburgh. The project involves construction of a new 13,600 square-foot free standing building with a prescription drive-thru window, together with new landscaping and pedestrian amenities. Ms. Chiocchio and Mr. Morando led the local zoning process for CVS on the project which will add to Newburgh’s commercial tax base and create new jobs in the community.
