On June 25, 2019, Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorneys Anthony B. Gioffre III and Kristen Motel secured Site Plan Approval from the New Rochelle Planning Board to permit the construction of a 24-story luxury hotel at one of the City’s key gateways to its downtown. Located just outside the City’s Downtown Overlay Zone, the 225-room hotel will feature dining and amenities for residents and visitors located in an ultra-modern tower rising above the former Don Coqui restaurant building located adjacent to I-95’s Exit 16.
Due to the prominence of its location, this project will have an impressive effect on the city skyline and complement New Rochelle’s continued successful execution of its downtown development plan.
