Following the final approval of the site plan for Westchester Crossing, Cuddy & Feder client Boston Post Road Owner LLC held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday April 22, to officially begin development of the project. The planned project is a mixed-use development on the 15.45-acre site at 406-408 Boston Post Road in Port Chester where United Hospital once stood.
Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorneys Anthony B. Gioffre III and Daniel Patrick secured final Site Plan Approval for Rose Associates and Bedrock Real Estate Partners from the Village of Port Chester Board of Trustees, and Partner Eon S. Nichols successfully obtained IDA financing approval from the Village of Port Chester Industrial Development Agency for the redevelopment of the former United Hospital campus.
The IDA financing package includes substantial savings and benefits in connection with the Pilot, mortgage recording tax and sales tax.
