Kempshall deals with all aspects of litigation practice, from the initial pleadings to appellate work. Kempshall graduated from Brooklyn Law School (cum laude) in 2014. While in law school, he was a Dennis J. Block fellow, an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, and was an Intern in the Real Estate Transactional Clinic. In 2012, he was awarded the Global Justice Fellowship and worked as an intern at a general practice firm in New Delhi, India.
