For more than 50 years, ArtsWestchester has championed access to the arts through funding, advocacy, and programming that enrich the cultural landscape of the region.
Lucia chairs the Land Use, Zoning & Development Practice group and serves as Vice-Chair of the Digital Infrastructure Practice group at Cuddy & Feder. Her practice focuses on zoning, energy law, and telecommunications, with her background in environmental engineering enhancing her ability to provide technical expertise to landowners, developers, and the telecommunications industry. She actively participates in professional associations, including the New York State Wireless Association, Westchester Women’s Bar Association, Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum, Urban Land Institute, and White Plains Bar Association.
