The webinar is presented by the WCBA Cannabis Law Committee & WWBA Real Property Committee.
The program will explore the newly legalized cannabis industry to address practical considerations for real estate attorneys engaged in transactions with cannabis businesses. The panel will discuss zoning and land use issues relevant to the cannabis industry and the ethical considerations arising from representation of a legal cannabis business in New York.
