On behalf of Parkview Equities LLC and Elk Homes LLC, William S. Null, Kristen Motel and Allison Fausner obtained Site Plan Approval from the Yonkers Planning Board for a 60-unit multifamily apartment building at the corner of Parkview Avenue and Garrett Place, Yonkers, NY. The new building will replace a 6-story 65-unit apartment building that was substantially destroyed by a fire in March 2019. The plans for the project were designed by Perkins Eastman Architects PC, Didona Associates – Landscape Architects, LLC, and Bibbo Associates, civil engineers. The building will have 60 parking spaces on-site and will include amenity space for tenants such as a fitness room, rooftop terrace, and storage.
