Cuddy & Feder Land Use attorneys Anthony B. Gioffre III and Daniel Patrick successfully obtained site plan and special permit approvals for a new resort hotel in the Town of Marlborough. The approved project will transform the site into a full-service resort, offering a variety of accommodations and amenities designed to enhance the guest experience and bolster tourism in the region.
The resort will feature a range of facilities, including a 28-room hotel, 49 two-guestroom cabins, two individual cabins, two guestrooms within a renovated lodge building, 8 five-guestroom cabins, and a staff dormitory building. Other attractions include multiple dining facilities, an on-site distillery and farm market, a wellness-focused spa and gym, recreational pavilions, fire pits, and an events center for social and corporate gatherings. Sustainability is also a focus, with plans to install a solar energy system to power portions of the site.
