On April 4, 2016, Pace University closed on the sale of 82,000 square feet of space located in the 14-story Westchester Financial Center located on Martine Avenue in White Plains’ Central Business District to Martine Owners L.L.C., a Mack-Cali entity. Mr. Nichols represented Pace in the transaction which was formerly the Lubin School of Business Graduate Center. The sale is part of Pace’s major reinvestment in Westchester County through redevelopment of its Pleasantville campus.
