Cuddy & Feder Partner, Eon S. Nichols, closed on an approximately $140,000,000 City of New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency (IDA) transaction for Mill Creek Residential Trust. Eon obtained from the IDA a Pilot as well as sales and mortgage tax exemption for Mill Creek’s mixed-use development project located at 24 Maple Avenue and 111 Centre Avenue in New Rochelle. The project will consist of eight studios, 202 one-bedroom, and 124 two-bedroom units. Residential use will be located on all floors of the building, and a comprehensive amenity package will also be included that consists of a fitness center, home offices, clubroom, three courtyards, a pedestrian walkway and rooftop lounge.
