On May 2nd, Eon S. Nichols and Anthony P. Luisi offered their annual update in commercial real estate law to a well attended session of their peers at the New York City Bar Center in Manhattan. During the program, Mr. Nichols highlighted several transactional tools he uses to solve problems that can arise during the purchase and sale process while Mr. Luisi discussed litigation risks and provided timely updated on New York case law. This CLE seminar is part of an annual session Mr. Nichols and Mr. Luisi have given at the New York City Bar Center since 2013.
