Fishkill, NY – April 15, 2021 – Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Anthony F. Morando, Partner and Vice-Chair of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development Practice group, has been named Partner in Charge of the Hudson Valley Office. Anthony, whose practice includes most facets of land use, zoning and energy infrastructure, as well as wireless telecommunications siting, will manage the day-to-day affairs of the office, be responsible for the firm’s community facing efforts in the Hudson Valley, continue to implement the office’s strategic business plan and ensure that Hudson Valley clients remain well served. “Anthony cares deeply about the firm, its values and has all the characteristics of a great leader. He’s earned this appointment through hard work, quality lawyering, and most importantly because he has the trust of his peers and the employees that he works with on a daily basis,” said Chris Fisher, Managing Partner of the firm. “We also owe a huge thank you to Jennifer Van Tuyl for her 20 years of service to the firm in this role. She is the reason the Hudson Valley Office is so highly regarded and a presence in the region.”

In 2016, he was a recipient of the Forty Under 40 Mover and Shaker award for the Hudson Valley by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce for his professional success and contributions in the community.

“I’m thrilled to congratulate Anthony on his new role and know the office could not be in better hands,” said Jennifer Van Tuyl. “He has been a great support to me in running the office these past few years, particularly through his dedicated involvement in the Hudson Valley community, and I look forward to continue working with him to grow the firm’s presence in the region.”
