Redevelopment Approved for 193-195 Main Street

A long-planned redevelopment project will bring six new residential units to downtown Beacon following Planning Board approval for improvements at 193-195 Main Street.
The project combines two existing lots and adds a three-story expansion to the existing mixed-use building, creating six apartments while preserving and enhancing the property's role within Beacon's historic downtown. Cuddy + Feder attorneys Taylor Palmer and Jessica Zalin represented Kosova Lane Properties, LLC throughout the approval process, obtaining site plan approval, subdivision approval and a certificate of appropriateness after the Planning Board determined the proposal complies with the City's zoning, historic preservation and development standards.
The redevelopment continues Beacon's thoughtful approach to downtown growth by adding housing while respecting the architectural character that defines Main Street.
