Firehouse Redevelopment Approved on Main Street

Another piece of Beacon's historic fabric is set for a new chapter following Planning Board approval for the redevelopment of a former firehouse property.

Representing the applicant Michael Bensimon, Cuddy + Feder attorneys Taylor Palmer and Jessica Zalin guided the project through Beacon's land use approval process, securing the approvals needed to advance the redevelopment. The project balances preservation with new investment, supporting the continued revitalization of Main Street while respecting the character of the surrounding neighborhood.
