Cuddy + Feder Partner Chris Fisher will participate in the ACE NY 2026 Fall Conference on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at the Albany Capital Center in Albany, New York.
Chris will join industry leaders for a panel titled From Pushback to Partnership: Winning Local Support for Clean Energy Projects, scheduled for 2:00–3:00 p.m.
The discussion will examine approaches to addressing community concerns, working with municipalities, and responding to local opposition to renewable energy projects. Panelists will explore how developers and other stakeholders can approach community engagement as clean energy projects move through the development and approval process.
Chris brings extensive experience representing developers in land use, zoning, and municipal approval matters.
The ACE NY Fall Conference brings together participants from across New York’s clean energy industry to discuss issues affecting renewable energy development and the state’s energy future.
