On January 29, 2018, a special meeting was held before the Common Council of the City of White Plains to discuss plans to develop a new medical office building in downtown White Plains. William S. Null, Partner at Cuddy & Feder LLP, represents the developer of this project and addressed concerns about the visual impact of the building as well as the possibility of solar panels as a source of renewable energy. The plan is to develop a modern and aesthetically pleasing office building for the area that will be both a useful and positive addition to White Plains.
