Cuddy & Feder LLP congratulates William S. Null on being elected a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

Mr. Null is one of 43 attorneys from around the U.S. elected a Fellow of ACREL in 2018. ACREL was founded in 1978 as a national, non-profit organization of lawyers who are distinguished in the practice of real estate law and have contributed to the profession. Mr. Null is one of four elected in New York State and the only fellow to be elected from Westchester County.

ACREL is a leading organization of U.S. real estate lawyers. Admission to ACREL is after peer review and by invitation only. The organization elects to its fellowship lawyers highly regarded for their skill, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. Bob Feder, one of the firm’s founding partners, was also elected as a Fellow of ACREL in 1992.

“I am honored and humbled to be elected a Fellow,” said William S. Null. “It gives me great pride to follow in the footsteps of one of our founding partners, Bob Feder.”

Mr. Null is a partner in the firm’s White Plains office. He has handled complex projects comprising more than a million square feet and costing hundreds of millions of dollars. His extensive experience includes office buildings, multi-family housing, retail and entertainment centers, industrial and office parks, conference centers, academic complexes, religious centers, planned unit developments, skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, golf course communities and residential subdivisions. Mr. Null also has handled due diligence reviews both for proposed and completed developments in connection with acquisitions and sales of property. His clients include institutional, corporate and municipal entities, as well as entrepreneurial individuals.

Mr. Null is a strong believer in the importance of giving back to his community. He serves on several non-profit boards of directors, including White Plains Hospital Center and Hampshire College. Mr. Null earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
