The Journal News highlights the proposal by Cuddy + Feder client DS Pleasantville LLC, to replace a Key Foods Supermarket with a new Pre-K program and several retail stores. Presenting to the village planning commissioners, C+F’s Jessica Zalin explained that the supermarket is being shut down, and the new proposal would revitalize the area.
