Flexcar, an innovative vehicle leasing company offering flexible month-to-month subscriptions, has opened its first New York location at 2500 Boston Post Road in Larchmont.
Representing Flexcar, Cuddy + Feder attorneys Neil Alexander and Kristen Motel secured the land use approvals necessary for the company to establish its new service center and leasing operation. The team successfully obtained a special permit from the Town of Mamaroneck Planning Board, as well as approvals from the Coastal Zone Management Commission, following a series of public hearings.
The approvals clear the way for Flexcar to bring its unique leasing model to the New York market, marking an important milestone in the company’s continued expansion.
