Partner, Christopher B. Fisher was a featured speaker at this year’s Tower and Small Cell Summit at CTIA in Las Vegas. Mr. Fisher spoke with two municipal attorneys on a panel titled “small cell zoning: it’s a problem, we can fix it.” Mr. Fisher, representing the industry’s point of view, explored with his colleagues the current environment for right of way and siting of oDAS, and small cell infrastructure. Common ground and areas of controversy were all discussed in an engaging and wide ranging conversation.
