On August 14, 2023, Cuddy & Feder’s Bill Null was quoted in the Westfair Business Journal article, “Wartburg Revises Plan for Independent Living Building,” by Peter Katz.

Bill Null, known for his extensive experience in senior housing projects, highlighted the delicate balance achieved in the new plan. While the number of residential units increased to 225, adjustments were made to apartment configurations to cater to varying preferences. Null emphasized that these changes were implemented while carefully considering the impact on the surrounding neighborhood, a testament to the commitment to maintaining a harmonious community environment.

David J. Gentner, President and CEO of Wartburg, underscored the institution’s dedication to supporting resident mobility. Gentner revealed plans to introduce electric vehicles available to residents to cater to the needs of seniors who opt not to own cars, while upholding their independence. This forward-looking approach not only aligns with changing transportation preferences but also demonstrates Wartburg’s commitment to fostering a convenient and comfortable living environment.
