City & State New York has recognized Cuddy + Feder Partner Neil Alexander as a 2026 Hudson Valley Trailblazer.
The annual list highlights influential figures making an impact across the Hudson Valley. City & State highlighted Neil’s work on significant development and infrastructure projects throughout the region, including 25 North Lex in White Plains, the 1 Water Street development, a new rabbinical college in Warwick, and Volta’s expansion of electric vehicle charging stations.
Neil serves as Chair of Cuddy + Feder’s Energy & Environmental Practice and is a member of the Firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development Practice. His work encompasses complex land use and zoning matters, environmental review, energy infrastructure, and development projects throughout the region.
