Multifamily Housing, Economic Development

Cuddy & Feder Partner William S. Null was a featured speaker at Pace Land Use Law Center’s October seminar on Fair and Affordable Housing. The seminar was held as part of Pace Law School’s Land Use Leadership Alliance (LULA) where legislators, municipal officials, planners and attorneys explored issues related to planning, financing, zoning and development of fair and affordable housing. Mr. Null was joined by William V. Cuddy, Jr., Executive Vice President at CBRE and Bob Knight, Executive Vice President & COO of Harrison Edwards on a panel that presented data, insights, and analytics on multifamily developments, including affordable housing, and how they stimulate economic growth and development in the greater metropolitan region. Mr. Null remarked that, “Pace’s Land Use Law Center puts together meaningful educational programs that can facilitate constructive dialogue and can assist communities in advancing important goals. I was pleased to participate in the program and to share my experience and perspectives. There are creative approaches for municipalities to engage with the private sector in order to advance the goal of providing fair and affordable housing.”
