Kristen will serve on a panel titled “Encore: Local Regulation of Cannabis Now That the Regulations Are Out,” on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.-10:50 a.m. The program focuses on municipal considerations related to New York’s adult use cannabis legalization. The presentation will include a discussion of zoning implications, time, place and manner restrictions, and permitting. The program will also highlight social equity and family considerations for communities.
