Cuddy & Feder Secures Defense Verdict in Negligence Case

Cuddy & Feder’s litigation team, led by Kempshall McAndrew, secured a complete defense verdict in Bronx Supreme Court last week.

The case involved a slip-and-fall claim where the plaintiff was initially seeking more than $10 million in damages. After a summary jury trial, the jury needed less than an hour to return a finding of no liability.
