Cuddy + Feder Advises Saber HighTower on Due Diligence for Major Tri-State Real Estate Portfolio Acquisition
Cuddy + Feder played a key role in the due diligence for Saber HighTower's acquisition of several Hudson Valley properties as part of a major Tri-State real estate portfolio transaction valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Partners Neil Alexander, Amy Natsoulis, and Eon Nichols led the Firm's due diligence work on the New York properties, addressing a range of legal and regulatory matters, including title and survey review, land use and zoning, and Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) and Industrial Development Agency (IDA) matters.
The due diligence involved complex property-specific issues, including private utility capacity allocations, condominium matters, and environmental considerations. The Cuddy + Feder team worked across practice areas to review these issues and identify legal and regulatory considerations associated with the properties.
As part of the broader transaction, the Firm worked alongside other law firms handling matters involving properties throughout the Tri-State region, contributing its New York due diligence experience to the multi-property review.
