Since the early 1970s, Cuddy + Feder has helped shape communities by representing real estate developers. Among our earliest clients were the visionaries who transformed Westchester County’s I-287 corridor into one of the region’s premier business and commercial centers.
As our clients grew, so did we. Over the decades, our practice expanded throughout New York and into Connecticut. By the late 1990s, many of those same clients were pursuing new opportunities in the Hudson Valley.
We recognized what they saw: the Hudson Valley’s extraordinary potential. So we established a local presence, bringing Cuddy + Feder’s decades of experience and commitment to the communities where our clients were investing, building, and growing.
In 2001, we opened our Hudson Valley office. It was a natural extension of the relationships we had built and the clients we had served for decades. Our presence here deepened our commitment to the clients and communities we already knew well. Many members of our team already lived here, raised their families here, and were personally invested in the future of the Hudson Valley. Establishing a local office simply made it easier to provide the responsive, accessible legal counsel our clients expect and deserve.
Today, more than 25 years later, that commitment remains as strong as ever. Wherever our clients need us, we’re proud to continue serving the communities we’ve helped build, and the ones we’re honored to call home.
