Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorneys Anthony B. Gioffre III and Daniel Patrick secured final Site Plan Approval for Rose Associates and Bedrock Real Estate Partners from the Village of Port Chester Board of Trustees to redevelop a 15.45-acre property that was the former site of United Hospital.
The proposed mixed-use development which includes 775 multifamily rental apartments, 90 independent living apartments and 110 assisted- and memory-care units, a boutique hotel and more than 18,000 square feet of retail space will replace the Boston Post Road property that has been left dormant since 2005.
The proposed project would be supported by approximately 1,038 on-Site parking spaces. Building abatement and demolition is scheduled to begin in early in 2023.
Cuddy & Feder Partner Eon S. Nichols has successfully obtained IDA financing approval from the Village of Port Chester Industrial Development Agency for the redevelopment of the former United Hospital campus located in the Village of Port Chester.
The IDA financing package includes substantial savings and benefits in connection with the Pilot, mortgage recording tax and sales tax.
