Cuddy & Feder Brand Identity & Website
Cuddy & Feder Brand Identity & Website

This year marks the 45th anniversary of Cuddy & Feder’s founding as a two-person partnership which once operated out of a three-story colonial house on Maple Avenue in White Plains, NY. Needless to say, these 45 years have been a period of incredible growth, both for our firm and the communities we serve. Over that time, as we’ve grown to nearly 40 professionals with four offices throughout the region, we’ve witnessed the transformation of skylines and the emergence of Westchester, Fairfield and the Hudson River Valley as major economic centers with vibrant communities and incredible quality of life.

As we celebrate 45 years of service, we’ve also taken the opportunity to completely redesign our firm’s website. It now features expanded content with our attorneys’ legal insights and information on developments of most importance to our clients.

This 45th anniversary provides us with a moment in time to reflect on our role and identity as one of the New York region’s preeminent law firms. In doing so, we must thank and honor our founding partners Bob Feder and Bill Cuddy. Bob is a leading member of New York’s legal community celebrating his 63rd year in practice and who built a lasting legacy at the firm. Now in our fourth generation of leadership, with enormous contributions by former managing partners Joe Carlucci and Bill Null, I have the distinct pleasure of inviting you to watch a short film with some special remarks from Bob and which highlights our culture of service today.

As we celebrate 45 years of service, we’ve also taken the opportunity to completely redesign our firm’s website. It now features expanded content with our attorneys’ legal insights and information on developments of most importance to our clients. Articles, a blog, news and other information covering land use, real estate, telecommunications, business and finance, trusts and estates and commercial litigation are now all routinely posted to our website. In addition we’ve begun to share information in newsletters and assembled some online libraries to provide easy access to materials our clients and colleagues may find of interest.

In addition to the expanded content on our website, it features the firm’s new logo. As lawyers we tend to be focused on finding the right words as we sharpen the language of a contract, legal brief or municipal filing. In reflecting on our role as attorneys, we thought it was equally important to develop the right look and feel for the firm’s brand and which conveys our values. My partner, Chris Fisher, who led our rebranding effort, captured it best in the following post which describes the new logo and what it represents as part of our service to clients and community.

On behalf of the partners at Cuddy & Feder, we want to take this occasion to thank all of you, our clients and friends, for the tremendous support you have given us and the trust and confidence over the past four decades. We look back with pride on the firm’s first 45 years of service to our clients and communities and move forward with equal confidence in our commitment for decades to come.
